Alentejo
Extended to the South, between Tagus Valley and Algarve mountains, Alentejo is a region full of wonders, from its landscapes with cork oaks overlooking to the delicious gastronomy. On the wonderful coast, from Troia to Odeceixe, there are some of Portugal best and most beautiful beaches. Inland, in addition to the wheat fields dotted with cork oaks and the mountain, there are many fortified medieval villages, rich in history and culture, such as Marvão and Monsaraz. The landscape surprises us every kilometer, where everyone can enjoy and take photos and, at sunset, contemplate the softness of the newly Portuguese waters of Alqueva.
